You have two options for flying into South Florida to get to Islamorada. You can fly in to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, or Miami International Airport. We encourage you to check flights into both airports to compare prices. Historically, Fort Lauderdale is cheaper. It will only tack on about 20-30 minutes to the overall drive to Islamorada.

As you arrive in Miami, you’ll meander your way to US-1. From there you’ll embark on a journey to paradise. Once you get out of Miami (shout THANK GOODNESS!) and leave the traffic, stress and things you have to do on US-1 and prepare to relax. Because you will!

 * Please note that Florida’s Turnpike roads do not accept cash for tolls. They use the Sun Pass prepaid toll system.
